Our mission is to inspire high school students to learn to lead like Jesus and equip them to be exceptional Christ-like leaders, now in in the future. This is a comprehensive leadership training program that is accomplished THROUGH YOU! Students train outside of their school and on their own time! DELTA is a serious commitment designed for serious emerging leaders.

 

As a local DELTA Chapter:

 

• YOU identify students you see as having leadership potential

 

• YOU select the student participants from that pool

 

• YOU facilitate the three-year leadership training curriculum

 

• YOU adapt the program to fit your particular requirements

 

• YOU enlist the assistance of adult mentors and volunteers

 

• YOU hold the program participants accountable

 

• YOU measure and evaluate the program’s ultimate success

 

 

 

Once you become an official DELTA Chapter:

 

• WE supply you with the three-year training program

 

• WE train you on the implementation of the program

 

• WE conduct scheduled follow-up activities

 

• WE supply continual support and encouragement

 

• WE are available to answer questions and offer guidance

 

• WE create and give you access to various DELTA curriculum materials (workbooks, videos, assessment vehicles, etc.)

 

• WE are the supplier for your on-going program needs

 

• WE sponsor and produce the Annual DELTA Academy Week event open to all program participants
